A single application formation will be used for the Perry-Griffin and Walker Scholarships since the two programs have similar requirements.
Please arrange your application materials in the following manner:
- Application cover sheet
- Student statement and supporting documents
- Transcript
- SAT/ACT scores
- FAFSA (just the one page with the EFC number)
- Letters of recommendation
